INGREDIENTS:

5 cups cool water
4 large whole eggs
5 pounds banana nut muffin mix
4 cups Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 cups Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine water and eggs in mixer bowl.

2. Add muffin mix to bowl, using paddle attachment, beat on low speed until batter is smooth.

3. Add Ocean Spray Sweetened Dried Cranberries and Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce and beat on low speed one minute.

4. Pour @ 1 pound 8 oz. batter per 9"X4 1/2"X2 3/4" loaf pan. Bake at 375° F for 35 ot 40 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Alternate Method of Preparation:

If using a plain muffin mix follow the manufacturer's preparation instructions then fold in Ocean Spray Sweetened Dried Cranberries and Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce and one pureed, average sized, ripened banana.
