INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces white vinegar 1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate 3 cups Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries 30 ounces butter, cold, cut into pieces 6 tablespoons heavy cream 4 ounces worcestershire sauce 7 1/2 pounds baked ham slices 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water to thicken
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a non-reactive sauce pan over medium heat, bring vinegar to a boil, reduce by half.
2. Add orange juice concentrate and Ocean Spray Sweetened Dried Cranberries, simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low and whisk in butter one or two pieces at a time. Add heavey cream, worcestershire sauce, and dissovled cornstarch. Cook, stirring contstantly, until thickened.
Serving suggestion: Serve 2 ounces of sauce with 3 slices of ham, baked potato and buttered biscuit.
