CURRIED CRANBERRY CHICKEN SALAD PRINT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

3 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup lime juice
4 teaspoons curry powder
10 cups cubed, cooked chicken
5 apples, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup thinly sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and curry powder in a large mixing bowl.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

YIELD: 20 cups or 8 1/2 pounds



NOTE: Best prepared and served within 8 hours. To make a day ahead, add dried cranberries,
pecans and green onions to salad mixture up to 8 hours before serving.
