INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups diced canned pears, reserving 1 1/2 cups syrup 3/8 teaspoon ginger 4 cups Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place pears, syrup and ginger in a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add cranberry sauce, mixing well.
YIELD: 6 cups or 24 2-ounce servings.
