INGREDIENTS:
6 cups prepared chicken gravy 2 cups Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail 3 cups Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce 24 5-6 ounce chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, seasoned with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine chicken gravy, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail and Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce; whisk well and hold for service. 2. Grill seasoned chicken breasts on an oiled char-grill to an internal temperature of 165°F. Slice each breast into five slices. 3. To serve, ladle 2 ounces of sauce on one side of the plate, fan five chicken slices over sauce and drizzle additional 1 ounce sauce over chicken.
Serve with steamed new potatoes and garnish with jellied sauce.
