INGREDIENTS:
15 cups toasted whole wheat bread cubes, packed 5 1/2 cups Cran-Raspberry® Raspberry Cranberry Juice Drink 2/3 cup honey 1 1/2 cups butter 3 teaspoons cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg 2 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put bread cubes in a lightly greased full hotel pan; set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except ice cream or whipped cream, in a large saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat just until butter is melted.
3. Pour cranberry mixture over bread cubes. Let stand 15 minutes, occasionally pressing lightly with a metal spatula until all of the bread is moistened.
4. Bake at 350º in a standard oven 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
