INGREDIENTS:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup minced crab meat 1/3 cup sliced green onion, white and green parts 1 cup Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 45 individual mini-fillo shells, thawed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine cream cheese, crab meat and green onion in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Place cranberry sauce in a small mixing bowl; break up with a fork until smooth.
3. Fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture, using a pastry bag with a large tip.
4. Top with about 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
5. Bake in a standard oven at 375ºF for 10 minutes or until heated through.
