Ingredients
Chicken Tenderloins, 2 Ounce 36 Each
Boursin Cheese, 5.3 Ounce Wheel 2 Each
Organic Spring Mix 3 Cups
Grilled Baguette Slices 24 Each
Ocean Spray Craisins 2 Cups
Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce 2 Cups
Diced Peaches, Fresh 2 Cups
Sherry Vinegar 3/4 Cup
Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup
Major Grey's Chutney 1 Cup

Directions
Lightly pound out chicken tenderloins. Reserve. Combine Craisins, peaches & Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce in saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Add sherry vinegar, brown sugar & chutney. Cook for five minutes. Cover and reserve. Season & grill chicken tenderloins & grill baguette slices. Spread Boursin Cheese over grilled bread. Top with Organic Spring Mix, then grilled chicken tenderloins. Top all with generoup portion of Cranberry Peach Compote, about 1/2 cup. Serve at once. *Serving Suggestion- Serve with sweet potato chips or fries.
